Returns

  • Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all original packaging and tags intact.

  • Products that are damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

  • Certain items such as personal care products, innerwear, customized products, and items purchased during sale/clearance are non-returnable.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Customers must share clear photos or an unboxing video as proof to process the request.

Refunds

  • Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.

  • Refunds will be completed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If the return is due to a customer’s preference, the return shipping cost must be borne by the customer.

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping cost.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
