Returns

Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.

The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all original packaging and tags intact.

Products that are damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Certain items such as personal care products, innerwear, customized products, and items purchased during sale/clearance are non-returnable.
Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Customers must share clear photos or an unboxing video as proof to process the request.
Refunds

Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.

Refunds will be completed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If the return is due to a customer’s preference, the return shipping cost must be borne by the customer.

If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
